• Labour beyond 1 hour
• Assistance at home or within 0.5 miles of your address
• Replacement parts or materials
• More than 2 callouts per policy period
• Storage charges
• Vehicles stuck in mud, snow, sand, or water
• Campervans or vehicles used for living accommodation
• Incorrect fuel issues
