Provide the garage’s name, address, and contact details

Ask them to submit a repair estimate via Audatex (code: ONECALL)

Things to consider:

• We cannot guarantee the quality of repairs from non-approved garages
• A replacement vehicle may not be available

Costs:

• If your chosen garage charges more than our approved repairers, you may need to pay the difference. We will let you know in advance if this applies.
• Replacement vehicle:
• If your garage cannot provide one, we cannot supply a vehicle unless you have an additional product such as Guaranteed Hire.
