• Drainage issues
• Home security (locks, doors, windows after damage)
• Pest control (wasps and hornets)
• Roof damage (temporary repairs after storms or falling objects)
• You are covered for:

• Up to £250 per callout (including VAT)
• Up to 3 claims per year
• 24/7 assistance
• £25 call-out fee applies per claim

Basic Home Emergency will not cover your boiler. You must have the Ultimate Home Emergency cover if you wish to make a claim for your boiler
