This policy does not cover:

• Hire costs incurred before your claim is approved
• Vehicles over 2000cc (or equivalent)
• Claims without a valid motor insurance claim
• Costs such as fuel, fines, tolls, or fees during the hire period
• Pets in the hire vehicle
• Windscreen-only claims
• Claims covered under another policy

You are also not covered for claims arising from:

• Deliberate or criminal acts (except fire, theft, or vandalism)
